I also started before joining here and I am on week 2 day 2 tomorrow. The first week was not too bad, but I can already tell that week 2 is going to be challenging. I am looking forward to it!

I just finished week 2 day 1! I am doing insanity and I am also on my second week in that. Doing the 100 push-ups program along with insanity is really challenging, but I am seeing a huge difference in strength in just one week.

SICK! Oh my. I felt it coming on yesterday and today it is full blown. What to do? I feel guilty about missing a workout, but everything I have read says not to exercise with a fever. My name is Tiffany and my username is TiffTerry I would like to lose 20lbs in 7 weeks I have tried and tried!
