Well done Hun, approx 30kg (sorry I'm from Australia) is a huge effort. Thank you for the inspiration as 30kg is my goal I know it won't happen over night, I eat well, gym classes three times a week and weight training three times a week also, with only a 1kg loss so far but more centimetres, this is a great eye opener…
