I have been trying to work out what my issue is and after reading all this im thinking maybe it could be salad??? I am eating a salad now and bloating up...but is that normal orrrr? Thanks for your help guys…I think I will try 1700-1800 on non work out days and 2000 on work out days and see how that goes. I really need to start weighing my food as at the moment I am only guessing. I am definitely keen to eat as much as possible!

I checked scoobys online…according to that my BMR is 1645 and my TDEE 2262…so how many calories should I eat and should I eat my exercise calories back based on these numbers? I am 27 yrs old 178cm and 83kg…desk job, gym 3 times a week for 50 min with cardio and some weights.

Im currently going to the gym for about 50 mins 3 times a week going 15 min cardio and about 30 min weights. Thanks Scott, I used an online BMR calculator and according to that my BMR is 1661. If I change to Lightly Active instead of Sedentary MFP gives me 1690 calories, does this sound like a better number?
