I'd suggest you don't eat below your BMR and instead increase your activity to 30 mins daily -- that would be much healthier and you'd lose a pound a week.

Sounds about right to me. I can't walk down stairs without serious shakes or put on my lipstick when I'm done. Over 165 for the entire session would be a little much however, but I am pretty sure you'd faint or vomit if it was for that long.

Depends what your goals are...if you're trying to build some muscle you want to eat at least a gram of protein for each pound of muscle you currently have ---- that can be calculated from your body fat percentage.
