Just ate 1/2 cup or so at dinner and then discovered it has 320 cals in .5 cups!! Stay away from that!!

    From my recollection, .5 c. of white basmati rice is around 100 cal. Be certain to specify the rice you consumed was .5 c. COOKED rice. :)

    I double checked and mine is 160 for .5 c cooked..........that's better.
