Hi all - I am coming back to this group after being away for quite awhile. I had lost about 30 lbs and am sad to say I have gained about 15 back over the fall and winter. I'm better than I felt a year ago but with some health set backs (it took 2-3 mons to diagnose my fibromyalgia which left me pretty weak) I have not reached my goal. I have a renewed sense of self and am committed to making this continue to happen!

I just joined eardit. I am disappointed they don't support the Up Band which is what I wear to track my steps. Boo.
