Just save your money and make your own. Not only that, i wouldn't just use it by it's self. Throw in some protein powder and some frozen fruit. Protein drinks are supplements. You only supplement them into your diet if you can't reach your daily protein goal with food. Don't trust the oz when it comes to supplements. Better off doing your own research. Though if your diet is in check, there are plenty of great thermogetics out there. Starting Strength is a quality program for beginners. It really breaks down the compound lifts for you to get started. But yes, there are also basic workout programs on bodybuilding.com and they are all not "bro lifts". There are many plans for women and for every imaginable goal out there.

I'm pretty sure everyone already knows that, question was which exercises target the lower region the most. Another one i love doing is plate v-ups. I usually just use a 45lb plate. Crunch up with the plate and touch toes to it. Resistance band hanging knee raises is another one i love.

Weighted leg lifts. I often do them either hanging or on a bench using a dumbbell between my feet. I change it up using a resistance band sometimes as well. You can also do it in the roman chair but i get a better contraction hanging or on the bench. Love doing dragon flys as well, that really hit the lower abs.…

Easy solutions for this. Find a regular pullup bar, have someone hold your feet or use a resistance band.
