Decided to go back and do WO 5 again. Loved it!!!!! I really felt like I got a good workout. Loved the energy from the group. Will do WO6 tomorrow before my bike ride. I'm thinking maybe I'll do JMBR on Monday's and Tuesday's so I make sure I keep up my strength and cardio levels. Other DVD's don't seem to push me as hard.…

I pretty much like all of phase 2 and 3 with the exception of WO 11 - I hated that one. I've been trying other circuit training DVD's and while I'm getting a decent workout none seem as challenging or upbeat as JMBR. I think I'm going to be repeating 5-10 again (anything to avoid WO11 though :laugh: )

Was missing JM so did her NMTZ DVD. There were a lot of the same BR moves. I have to say I missed the energy of a big group working out with her. Still a good work out. How is everyone doing on the program? I'm thinking of going back and starting again from phase 2 - anyone else do something like that?

I'm still playing with my post JMBR workouts. I've been trying to mix up pure strength (did Jackie Warner's Personal Training) with cardio/circuit training. I'm just under 5'2" myself and weigh 118. I did get down to the 114's before JMBR, but I've put on muscle and now am up almost 4 lbs. sure. I was on maintenance when I started so wasn't looking to lose weight. I've actually put on 4 lbs but I believe its muscle because my clothes are looser now than when I started. I DID IT. I just finished WO 12 for the last time. I never thought I would get to the end when I bought this program. I still am amazed at how JM whipped me into shape. I'll be going to mix phase 2 and 3 workouts into whatever will be my new routine to keep all that conditioning and strength going. Keep it up guys!

did my last WO 11 YEAH. I have to say it actually felt manageable, but I still don't think that is one I'll go back to much if at all once I'm done (in 2 days). I have just started the last week - amazing to me. WO 11 felt marginally easier but I still need to do the modifications and don't always get all the reps in (the chatarunga hold and jumping pushups kill me). I only have to do it one more time! How is everyone else doing?

Today is a cardio day, but I've got one more week of Jillian Michael's Body Revolution - so I'll post those there and here....it is so tough but I've learned lots of new moves. just did my second WO 11 - didn't feel like I was going to pass out - but man its tough. I'm so happy I only have to do it 2 more times Dana - I've found phase 3 is hard on my low back - especially the last 2 weeks - so be careful when you get back there
