I'm starting to do Pop Pilates and Daily Burn. Just started today to begin my workouts again then I'm going to hit the gym in August!

It ranges from Pizza, Cheese burgers, Leche Cake, Dark Chocolate and Soda.... Everything I shouldn't really eat lol. Hopefully it won't be as bad this month.

5'4.5 SW: 170 CW:169lbs size 8 (dress)/10 ( pants) (I'm a pear shape, Small waist with big butt, hips and thighs - pants never fit right)

I chose it according to my height (5'4), healthy BMI range and how much I weighed in high school. I'm aiming for 135-145 since I know that the majority of any weight I didn't loose would be muscle gain. I'm more focused on measurements than the number on the scale to be honest.

I struggle with this too. Those crazy cravings at 2 am are a killer. I drink lots of water and make sure I brush my teeth close to my bedtime. That usually helps.
