Hey guys, just letting you all know I'm not sure how much I can do these last two weeks. I'm in the middle of really intense RA training and it goes from 8 am to 9 pm every day. I will try my hardest to keep up! Sorry about this, I didn't think about it before I comitted to the challenge.

Hey guys, I found this website that is pretty awesome. Every day it sends you little challenges and you get points for doing them, Some days it's exercises, other days it's as simple as observing nature. It makes me pretty happy in the mornings. I have chondromalacia patellae or Runner's Knee. Basically it means pain in my knee most of the time. My advice about your knee pain is that you need to stretch a lot! Stretch before your cardio and after. Also, look up knee strengthening exercises. Also, ice it after exercise all the time, no matter what. The sad thing is…

You might have runner's knee aka chondromalacia patellae. You could go to a doctor and get it diagnosed but there isn't much he or she can do beyond giving you some good stretches. My advice is to ice it immediately after running. Stretching important. Also make sure you have good running shoes. That can make all the…
