  • Hi I am a respiratory therapist in Kansas. I have work with CF children for years working in ped and PICU units in hospital before changing to Pulmonary Function Testing as a specialty. I see CF patients on a regular basis. I have done the walk here and its a great way to raise $$. I hope it does well there!!
  • I have a soy intolerance, its in most protien rich stuff too. Its hard to avoid but keep the whey on the lower end, no need to cut it out completely. Hopefully that will sove the problem once your body detoxes it all out. I totally understand the feeling!!!

  • I used the zumba calorie calc. Leah posted too. I have been doing it for a few months and LOVE IT!! Just add it as your exercise so it is programmed in since fitness pal doesn't have thier own.
