I'm not sure what I'm using now, I threw away the outside wrapper. It's vanilla and I mix it will Silk Soy Milk every morning. I also drink Muscle Milk Light and/or Eas Carb Control at work because they are portable and we have a mini fridge. But I've been looking at the Jackie Warner powder. It seems to have everything…

My Dr. put me on a restricted diet and potatoes are out, as are most starches. But potato skins are fine because they are high in fiber. I'm not really heartbroken, I'm not a huge potato fan to begin with but cutting out rice is killing me.

I will only eat one brand. Stater Bros, fat free. Everything else is gross to me. But I eat the SB brand everyday just by itself. Or occasionally I will put fruit in it.

1200 calories a day is fine depending on your body size and current weight.

Yelling stop the presses is one of my biggest fears since it usually means I screwed up my job. Luckily I've only had to do it a couple times. (so far) :)

I like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with cheddar cheese on them and peanut butter quesadillas. And ketchup on my tacos. I think that's it. I have a fascination with roasted pine-nut hummus that won't go away. And I have dipped fries into vanilla ice cream. It's good. But I prefer ketchup. :)
