I love condiments and I love the word! Hard to pick a fave: ketchup, A-1 sauce, TB Smoky Chipotle sauce, its my new fave for sure! Its delicious! But, I hate to discriminate: Condiments add flavor and spice to my life and I LOVE so many of them! I'm just trying to limit my portion size now0

I have to know what this sirachi sauce everyone keeps mentioning is? WTF is it? Mine is RANCH! We are currently separated but I still dream about my love ranch :P0

Love Beaver Sweet Hot Mustard, also their deli mustard with mustard seeds (both won Gold awards), El Pato Mexican style Tomato Sauce (small yellow can). I saute onion, garlic, then throw in some of this tomato sauce and cook for about 15 minutes with a little chili powder and cumin, then add shredded chicken breast until heated. Lean and so tasty - a little of this on two steamed corn tortillas loaded with chopped green salad/cubed tomato. Can also use this mix to make a low-fat taco salad. Then, crush a few taco chips on top (or toast your own corn tortillas). Mmmmm. Also love the Mexican pickled jalapenos in the can with carrots. We top many of our wraps with those for a kick. Another favorite is the green curry sold at Indian restaurants.... basically cilantro, habanero and water in a blender with a touch of salt and maybe a squeeze of lime to keep the color bright.....I put this on our wraps, stir fries, drizzle on soups, etc. Takes flavor to a whole new height. Have fun!0
