It looks like you're burning far too many calories! Make sure you eat back the calories from exercise otherwise your body will hold onto the fat you want to lose!

Cheese. I used to eat it every single day. Now I try to cut back a little bit...deffo watch the portion of cheese you eat, I had no idea it was as calorific as it is....before joining MFP!

Once I ate 5,000 calories in one day. It didn't feel like that much though. It was down to the alcohol! Sometimes I have a whole weekend off where I eat whatever I want, but it's always back to the diet on monday. It's not bad to eat a lot sometimes. It resets your body so you lose more weight when you next train/diet :)

Don't give yourself some slack at weekends!!! But if you do, get back on the diet the next day.
