That sounds really delicious! Australia has limited 0 calorie beverages that aren't water. Pretty much just diet coke/pepsi/sprite. Anyone in America want to send me some deliciousness? lol

I don't fast all day, but I'm generally not hungry until dinner time, so I have a small breakfast (a piece of fruit) a small lunch (a meal replacement bar/shake, or eggs on toast) then at dinner time I have plenty of calories for whatever I feel like.

My first goal is 10% of my body weight, then each 5% from there is a mini goal. For each goal reached I am buying a little charm, and when I reach my final goal will buy a nice silver bracelet for all my charms to go on

Thanks for the advice. My first goal is losing 10% (so, 13.5kg) then 5% increments from there. I have already gone down to 129.1 from 135, so that's very motivating. But this is so different, my mind set has changed. I know I don't have to feel motivated every day, as this is just how my life is now.

I made myself a batch of dark chocolate and cashew fudge. One small square was around 150 calories, but I only ever needed one square as it was so rich and sweet. If I wanted one, I had a smaller portion at dinner or lunch so I had enough calories left over.
