I never told my daughter that lie. I don't know about your religious background, but I'm a Christain. Christmas is about the birth of the Christ and nothing more. That was what my daughter was taught. I didn't do the Easter bunny or Tooth Fairy either, by the way.

You don't want to lose weight. Losing means it can be found again. You want to KILL the weight. Therefore, it can NOT be resurrected.

I, like you, have a desk job. I have seen a nutritionist & she has me eating on a schedule. Actually she has me at 1300 calories, eventhough MFP says 1200. Maybe this will work for you as well. Breakfast by 9am morning snack 11 am lunch 1 pm afternoon snack 3pm dinner by 7 evening snack (only if you worked out) I snack on…

Do you have the app on your phone? I find that scanning the bar codes of the things I eat, before I eat it, helps to keep track of my calories without me having to remember it later on the computer. I'll help you in any way I can. If you need encouragement, just send a shout out. I'll be there.

I be your dirty frien. I eat whatever I want. As long as I stay in my calorie goal. it doesn't matter. I'm not big on fast food, because I'm a bit of a germaphobe, but I definately won't judge.

My scale hasn't been moving, but my body diffently has changed. I'm getting that ever coveted hour glass figure again. Just love it!

Buy some cheese sticks & 100 calorie pack of nuts for snack. Buy some fruit cup or regular whole fruit.

Goos luck. Don't get discouraged. Eat whatever you like, just learn portion control. That is what i do. I've lost 19 since the beginning of the year.

I log as the day progresses. If I packed a lunch, I put that in, in the morning, like i did today.

I have a membership & I love it. It's open 24hrs, so I go when I feel like it. I don't like the fact that at most gyms everybody goes after work, so you can't get on what you want.
