In the past I focused on changing the number on the scale. But was disheartened at the number on the scale dropping, and not my pants size dropping. Why would a 4'11" drop 22 pounds and still look the same? So I finally started weight training, and learning what circuit training was and OMG the scale only dropped 7lbs, but my body dropped a lot of inches and fat. I think I'm finally understanding what that loosing a 1-2 pounds a month thing is about.
I dropped
waist -5.5 inces
hips - 3.75
chest -1.25
and under an inch from everywhere, I think I would rather loss inches than numbers on the scale..

I've learned this lesson before, but needed this reminder, thanks!0

the scale is only a guideline - not the tell all of success. BF%, clothes and overall how we feel about ourselves is the true indicator of all the hard work!!
Great reminder!! Thanks0 -
My scale hasn't been moving, but my body diffently has changed. I'm getting that ever coveted hour glass figure again. Just love it!0

I meant 1-2 pounds a week, not a month.. Sheesh, learning to read right would help so much with online post!0
