quinoa fills me up more than oatmeal because it has protein in it. its gluten free too and makes me feel full but not sluggish like oatmeal does. its way better for you

i had the same problem, i added it as aerobics. soemone else added it as dancing. there is a vigorious aereobics if you went hard out :) i did it for the first time is AGES two days ago and my tummy is still sore! such a fun workout huh!

im mostly gluten and dairy free too. how long have you been on the diet? the more fresh veges you eat the more you'll lose.

an apple with the skin is an appetite suppressant apparently. it sounds weird but i quite often have an apple chopped up into little bits in a bowl with maybe a dash of milk poured over it. eat it with a spoon and you feel like your eating cereal and it defiantly fills you up
