a handful of nuts and an apple in the afternoon gets me through. im pretty active so i don't worry about limiting my nuts or fruit too much. i also have a banana a day. thats just what works for me but everyone is different

ive just started a couple of weeks ago, was feeling great then over the weekend while moving house fell off the wagon. the main changes for me are no more brown rice, oats and gluten free bread, aaaand i used to eat rice crackers and hummus EVERYday for my afternoon snack. id love more paleo friends too so add me :)

oh i can sooo relate to this, ive found a place that sells the best brownies and when i have time to fill before i go to work I go in there and have a cuppa tea and the most rich chocolate brownie. i feel so crap afterwards. today im going to resistit. im just going to take a snack of my own and take it a day at a time.

when im stuggling i dont look even one week in advance. i just focus on eating healthy for today and face tomorrow tomorrow. one day at a time works for me and today im choosing to eat healthy cos when i dont i feel sh*it physically. AND emotionally cos i beat myself up.
