Usually Hy-Vee because it's open 24/7 and has a good selection. If we have our shopping list done on Saturdays, we shop at Fareway because it's cheaper. Yes, plain greek yogurt is very much an acquired taste! Very tart and gross by itself. I would often add fresh berries to vanilla greek yogurt last summer but vanilla is much better than plain.

I use a Built neoprene lunch bag. I love it because it can fit quite a bit and can also be thrown in the washer when it gets dirty!

5'1", I usually eat around 1900-2000 cals/day and am losing. I workout 6 days/wk though. I always eat back my exercise calories!

There are lots of different baked oatmeal recipes as well as overnight oats. I'm not a fan of overnight oats, something about the texture. I like to chop up an apple and add cinnamon. Also just like throwing in craisins!

5'1", eating about 1900 cals a day and losing steadily. I work out 5-6 days a week either running or boot camp and tend to eat back almost all my exercise cals. Granted, I only started tracking three weeks ago but it's been good so far!

Make stuff ahead of time, like on a Sunday. My husband and I made black bean quesadillas and chicken burgers and are good for the next few days! Both are really easy and pretty fast to make.

I have this problem too! My only saving grace is that Saturdays are my long run days (8-10 miles).

I like the Nature Valley PB/Dark Chocolate protein granola bars. They are not super sweet but still very good! I've tried the Quest cookie dough and brownie bars. The cookie dough was barely tolerable and the brownie tasted awful! i wouldn't waste my money on those.

I'm 5'1" and I'm hoping for about 118, but 120 is probably more realistic.
