I read what you wrote before you edited it, YES, I did understand what you were saying. The fact is I said it the wrong way, I wanted to know what foods have more energy... no need to be abrupt

yum! good idea, thanks :)
-
thanks! found it helpful
-
I didn't make myself clear enough, what I want to know is what's going to give me the most energy?
-
onviously...aren't you not supposed to eat some certain foods before working out though? Should I add more carb or more protein?
-
thanks everyone, helpful!
-
anyoneeee?
-
why a chest strap? I've seen they have ones of your wrist as well?
-
lol, I asked my mum this too!!! She said it's about the fat and the sugar in those foods, that are bad for your body...I think the fat would cling to you...just my understanding but I have no idea tbh :p

it's a super talkative, always happy asain girl that kicks butt!

Try splitting up your meals. They say six small meals a day...maybe make them larger rather then smaller...still healthy, just larger. Also, carb helps contribute to calories so maybe op for that but in moderation of course :)
-
It really doesn't matter! Until you feel like you can go for a decent wok without puking? Apparently if you go walking straight after dinner it helps you loose weight...fact or fiction I'm not sure but you could give it a shot! :)

My mum's been big all my life, and she's had a lot of downs with her health...tbh, it sounds bad. But I just don't want to turn out like her for my kids when I'm older. By getting healthy, I also want to motivate her and show that if you put in the hard yards...good things will happen! I also want to look good naked!
-
congrats! defiantly amazing :D
-
I'm astonished you hate veggies!!! Anyway, one thing I like is baked sweet potato (cut very thinly - like those sweet potato chips you see on TV) with low fat mayo - sounds bad but it's so yummy! Maybe add some salt or eat it with tomato sauce or sweet chilli and Philadelphia (not the best to eat it with but hey! least…

Mind if I inbox you?

If I were to eat 1200 calories a day, then worked out and burnt 1200 a day...is that unhealthy? My BMR is 1464...if that helps o.o
-
Thanks! At school we have an instructor come in twice a week for an hour and we can do stuff like boxing, yoga, zumba - all that stuff so it's great to have that extra bit of cardio that I defiantly do enjoy!
-
PB is too good! I admire people that don't eat the whole tub...I just binge on it if it's in the house - but other things should do the trick! Thanks, I will :)
-
My BMR is 1464.1 - yes it makes it hard, I sympathise with your wife! haha - gotcha :) Thanks for all the help today!
-
Thanks for the help :)
-
Body weight! As well as (might sound obvious) but things around the house that are about the same weight that you could use for weights! :)
-
I can't eat that much food! I'd go broke... But thanks for the tips on extra ways to add calories!
-
Deffinatly will!
-
So does that mean if I'm full, I have to keep eating? <-- serious questions haha! Because people say that 1200 is too low, and yes it does sound low, but honestly I struggle getting to that amount (because I get too full).
-
Thanks for the help! I'm not at regime of 100% at the moment :) I have started with the lifestyle change of eating healthy - not a diet, I've just got to add the exercise...I was just curious If I really could get to the weight I want within 3 months. And gee I agree! It's my personal business, thanks! :)
-
I've already replied in response to this. I don't think 1 kilos or 2 pounds a week is THAT much. If I'm eating healthy and exercising there's no problem with that! It's not an unhealthy routine and it's too loose my bulk weight. Then I can cut down on cardio. Before I started eating healthy I ate a lot less then 1200,and I…
-
Yeah deffinatly! That's been the plan! :)

I thought I wouldn't have to address the question as everyone that had asked thought I was trying to loose 167 pounds in three months...
