I quit drinking everything except water on December 27, 2010. It has been rather refreshing...it's not that bad at all!

Same thing happened to me...well is still happening to me. I have been at the same weight for a month now. I am going to try to zig zag my calories this week to see if that helps! good luck to you :)

i had a NB HRM and took mine back to target the next day. The calorie burn was way off...especially when I laid it on my nightstand to get a shower and when I got out...i had somehow burnt 20 calories ?

I am currently on week 4. I'm kind of sticking to the week by week schedule but sort of not. The first 2 weeks were not bad and i completed them in 2 weeks. the 3rd week i did for 2 weeks and that is probably how it will be until the end of the program. I haven't had soda/sweet tea in 51 days either. Just think how far you have come and if you can go 45 days...you can go 46 days & 47 days etc. I say stay away from having a sip or two...i personally think that will just make you want to have more. Good luck! feel free to add me as a friend since we have a similar goal :)

My better half is a firefighter/EMT as well! He will always be a hero in my eyes, though he hates when I call him that.
