Hey people! 18-year-old fat girl here! :D
I downloaded the most amazing app yesterday and now I'm in love with MFP.

I don't like to exercise. That's probably my no.1 problem.
But I'm so shy, I don't like to get all sweaty in front of other people.
Of course, the fact that I love love love to eat doesn't help my weight loss plans either. :)
I've got a long way to go.
But if the road isn't difficult, the final goal wouldn't be so sweet! :D


Mmm. I'm hungry for some chocolate right now.

    i couldn't agree more! I hate it when i NEED to have an "off day" for my body!

    You hit the nail on the head! A girlfriend and I were just talking last night about how you get somewhat addicted to it. Last week I was sick with a sinus and ear infection so a few times I just didn't feel up to it but at the end of the day when I'm laying in bed I feel guilty and I feel like I've let myself down lol. You'll soon be in the routine of it and can't believe you ever hated it.
