It is very possible.Stay positive, stay focused. It is a long slow process, but if you stick to it you will be so happy with the results. I've lost 30 pounds and feel so much better. Do this for yourself, you won't regret it.

I drink from 4 to 6 cups a day. It is supposed to be good for you and I find it simply keeps me from wanting to eat more. Instead of a snack I have a cup of tea. I think this was totally rediculous. That woman looked fine. There was no reason to tell her to cover up. It was sort of reverse discrimination to thier "no judgement" philosphy. Makes no sense. Sadly Planet Fitness is my gym, but where I go, lots of people dress that way without a problem.

If you really want to do this you will need to plan out your meals and shop ahead of time. I shop once a week and pretty much know what I'm going to eat for every meal. It really helps you stay on track.

Calorie intake also depends on you age and current size. If I ate 1700 to 1800 calories a day I would gain weight everyday.

Why would you even have all those unhealty foods in your house? Don't make excuses. But please forgive yourself and get back on track. Also, get rid of all those foods, no one needs to be eating that stuff.

Really it is what ever works for you. I weigh my self every morning and that works for me. Yes there are days I have been so good but still go up a little, but I know it comes down eventually.
