    You have obviously put in a great deal of work over the last 12 months. Congratulations on the anniversary and your inspirational progress. Thanks for sharing your progress. I've been doing this for Just 16 days and am very excited to see if I can match your progress. I know it will get harder as my calorie target drops, but finally I think I have the balance of lots of exercise (Cycling) and not too much food.
