OK, woohoo!!! I have done Atkin's in the past, with great success I might add,. So it will be interesting to see what Paleo does for me!!! I am excited for monday!! When I started trying to lose weight, and I was breastfeeding, I found that I had to eat a minimum of 400 extra calories, otherwise I felt the same way you do. I'm breastfeeding too, you need an extra 300-500 per day. If you are hungry, listen to your body, and eat!! When I first started MFP, I was hungry all the time, I increased my cals, and I started losing weight too. So my advice, is up your cals, gotta feed the baby!! :)

When I tell people I wanna lose 100 pounds, they also look at me like i'm crazy!!! But really, it's to be a healthy weight that I want! I disagree with the other user, making an ultimate goal is a GOOD thing. Something to shoot for. :)

If they're larger, i scoop the seeds out and make stuffed zuchini!! brown rice, ground turkey, low fat cheese, tomato, onion ohhhh soooo good!!!! Can't wait to have some this summer!!

when i was having knee probs, i went to the Dr he took xrays. I then got referred to an ortho dr, bc they saw something on the x-ray. Then I had to have a MRI. I too am breastfeeding. My son is 6 months old, still nursing every 2-3 hours.....around the clock! Just like when you're prego, you only need 300-500 more calories to maintain your milk supply. I agree with previous post, my scale always says I am heavier at night....every single day. Try not to weigh yourself at night if you get discouraged! :)

I too play fitness games...I play your shape too. I also get a really good workout with adventures and dance central.. I have heard biggest loser is really fun! I have lost 10 pounds by only doing kinect and counting calories!
