Congratulations on your success from your hard work! Congrats on your tattoo. I'm 65 at my goal and still getting tattoos too! :)

I don't know if it's my fav but it's my easy go to, a potato(es) cooked in various ways. I've been digging eating lots of lentils lately though. And lentils on a potato are what I've really been liking!

A long and skinny white sweet potato, I forgot to weigh it, and an orange. 2 cups of black espresso.

Razor stubble on a chest is an incredible turn off. I like things more natural, but I guess it's a generational thing, but I prefer a natural chest on a man.

I'm still around too. I've been struggling. I haven't had any NS food shipments for about 2 and a half months. I haven't been paying real good attention to what I eat- You know, I'll make up for it tomorrow syndrome. I bought Halloween candy and ate all of it. I've gained 3 or 4 pounds :disappointed: So, I got my food…

Awesome post! Thank you.

You've become a new person Charlie!

Great info Roger! I am going to be a stick in the mud and mention that we need to watch our sodium intake when hitting the frozen foods isle... many of the frozen stuff I've looked at, while meeting the calorie counts is double the sodium counts of NS.

I live on the west coast.... can I post just before I go to bed? 8 )

157, finally I'm out of the horrific 160's. That took forever! I put on a shirt today that has been too tight for the last 2 years and a pair of shorts I haven't worn in 3. Just in time! I refuse to buy new clothes at this time and my son recently told me I looked like a bag lady because the stuff I was wearing (weekends)…

Hi Holly! Welcome to the "club" 8 )

HA!! that 2 pounds will be gone in no time. I'm looking forward to my 20 pound bear, my poor 10 pound bear has been really lonely.

It seems to be gone from the available items now. It was OK, I used it as a 1 or 2 kinda item- 1 or 2 of this 1 or 2 of that. (so I didn't end up eating the same thing all month)

The forums are gone now. Thanks for posting this, I've never noticed the Reduced Guilt line at TJ's and I'll check it out. I'm thinking in a couple more months I'll start transitioning to more non NS food.

I love those things, I eat them almost every day. The best breakfast item NS makes hands down! I usually toast the muffin.
-
Thanks Roger, those recipes look great.

I don't think the cheese should look blue... I'd call NS for a refund.

keep drinking it always works when it happens to me :)

Last weekend I cooked up a head of cabbage sliced thin, with a little red bell pepper, seasonings and steamed/cooked in chicken broth. Craving it again this weekend but I have a head of cauliflower to cook. I think I'll use half of it to make mashed cauliflower. Cook it up in some chicken or veggie stock, add a little…

Do they work for the carpool lane?

There are a couple Leslie Sanson videos on Youtube, you can walk in the house! :) I forgot about those.

It just occurred to me that I should have mentioned that this dish might be considered spicy to some.

Now that sounds like a great goal PattyP! I'm meeting my calorie goals so far and I exercised yesterday 10 minutes and today 28 minutes aerobics and then some crunches after that.
-
I tried flipping dinner and lunch today. I even exercised about 15 minutes before eating when I got home. I think that helped my appetite too. I'm going to try that again tonight too, my muscles felt kinda good this morning- and it was only 15 minutes. Last night it was good, I was content with my lunch (one of the melts)…

Were you thirsty in the evening eating your dinner at dinner time? I am, (actually I'm thirsty all day with this food). But at night it's bad because I drink water and then I'm up 3 times during the night. How long did it take you to adjust to flipping your lunch and dinner? I'm going to try it.

I hope you like it. It is bell peppers, a bit of spice (not much) a tomato sauce base with kinda bland Chicken sausage that's about the size of Polish sausage. The tomato sauce makes the bland sausage OK. There's a lot of sausage in it too.
-
Oh I'll have to try that!

Funny fit, you might want to try the Chai tea that you can buy in a regular tea bag. It doesn't have the sugar in it that mixes have. But it still has a hint of the spices, and if you want it sweet you control how much. My goals this week- 1. Log all my food, 2.stay at or under (just by a few) my calorie goal of 1200 and…
