I have been, and divorced. Won't do it again, and that has been reinforced by dating again for the last 15 years. Mine is almost done. It's fully functional, just trim, mirrors, some picking up, and touching up paint. It's nice to not have to leave home, one less excuse.

It suck going backwards, but just know that the strength will come back twice as fast. Don't let your ego get you hurt, I've done it myself, then you'll be set back even more.

I have a Mi band 5. I like it, but have no idea about data concerns. I do have to adjust distance after treadmill runs, it lets you after you finish the run, but I doubt it would know my stride, just steps. Mi band 5 syncs to Google Fit, which syncs to MFP. I've only had it a couple weeks, but works great.

You may just be gaining muscle. The mirror is what counts, not the scale. I'd at least try to give a muscle group 1-2 days to recover. So, if you're doing the same thing every day, try rotating between muscle groups. You can also try an hour walk in the morning, to add to your deficit. You'll burn a couple hundred…

I'll second the ON Gold, I have the vanilla ice cream flavor and it tastes good with water too. Better with milk though. What about some of the boxed milks that don't need refrigeration, like coconut milk. I would stay away from soy though, I've read it raises estrogen levels. By how much I'm not sure though.
