    Last tested ORM (in December)

    Squat: 215 lb

    Deadlift: 225 lb

    Bench: ??? I've never gotten close to a ORM, I'm around 70ish for reps right now though. My old gym didn't have a bench station, so I'm just now making progress on it.

    My goals for 2014 are pretty much to just maintain strength. I've got a full marathon in the fall calling my name...if I happen to decide not to run it, then the only goal I have is to keep lifting more.

    Female, 5 ft 7 current weight 159 lifting for 6months

    I have not tested 1RM ever so I will go with PR

    Squat 180 4x5 and then 4x4 (this was an epic fail)
    DL 200 x5
    BP 4x5 then 1x4 @ 115
    Goals

    Squat 1.5x BW
    DL 2x BW
    BP BW...

    I am about 6-4lbs from GW and BF% so I should be 152-154 for the BW lifts...

    Competition maxes:
    Squat = 310 lbs
    Bench = 225 lbs
    Deadlift = 410 lbs

    2014 year-end realistic Goals:
    Squat: 350 lbs
    Bench: 260 lbs
    Deadlift: 450 lbs

    2014 year-end "what-the-hell" goals:
    Squat: 375 lbs
    Bench: 275 lbs
    Deadlift: 500 lbs

    I'll be happy with the realistic goals. Heck, I'll be content with just getting stronger. But, the 500 DL is that brass ring for me now. Probably won't happen, so I won't stress over it. But it'd be nice.

    Squat: 180 @ 5x5
    Bench: 75 @ 5x5

    I haven't tested my max in a while. Maybe I should do that soon...

    Goals: anything more than that. (Stole this from a post above, but it's just so true for me)

    Last completed set this rotation was

    Bench 290 x3
    Deadlift 485 x 3
    Squat 425 x 3 (my battered knees filed a formal complaint with my brain the next day)

    My goal is to drop 20lbs and then push each lift up 15% or more by the end of the year. Hell, I don't even care about the weight. I just want to see that 500lb Olympic bar bend.

    I haven' tried maxing yet as I work out at home and don't have a spotter, or a squat rack either.

    Bench - 205 2*10 and then usually 1*5-7

    Squat - 205 3*10

    Deadlift - Still need to start on those. Reading that section in "Starting Strength" now.

    Goal 225 3*10 bench
    225+ on Squat

    As far as deadlift, I don't even know where I'm at yet.

    6' 177

    Bench: 200x1
    Squat: 235x1
    Dead: 300x3

    (I'm done testing 1RMs though. Every time I do, I find a new and creative way to tweak something. If I'm to PR heavier than this, it will be when I'm doing them for triples.)

    ETA: Goals? Continue progressing while remaining serious-injury-free.

    Well, yeah. I'm pretty sure that's why we Americans refuse to go metric. :wink:
