    Male: 202 lbs - 5 7

    Current (except dead, all 5x5 Stronglifts weight -- could do more if I did just one set)

    Bench: 210 x 5
    Squat: 275 x 5
    Deadlift: 305 x 5

    Goals??? Maintain and lose weight would make me happy but ideally:

    Bench: 240 x 5
    Squat: 340 x 5
    Deadlift: 350? x 5

    Also - anyone have luck with weight loss on the 5x5 AND getting stronger?

    30yo Male
    6'6"
    180 lb.

    Been at this for about a year and working sets are currently at:

    Squat: 235 lb. x 5
    Bench: 170 lb. x 3
    Dead: 305 lb. x 4

    By the end of the year I'd like to hit:

    Squat: 260 lb.
    Bench: 200 lb.
    Dead: 350 lb.

    Those dang long arms make my bench gains slow!

    Dunno, dunno and dunno. And my bench press is because of long arms too. ;)

    OK 43 yo and 5'11.5".... 230lbs...working to get that part down again ;)

    Recent (last two only attempted maxes within years ago, but similar strength currently)

    Bench: 380lbs
    Squat: 465lbs (only leg pressing recently, 965x4-6)
    Deads: 585lbs (only rack pulling/shrugging recently since I lost gym with deadlift area :P )

    Goals to get back to after weight drop:

    Bench: 425lbs (need a decent spotter and no injury first though)
    Squat: 595lbs (more likely to stay on leg press machine at max, sets of 1,000 x 3 sets of 10 reps)
    Deads: 615-700lbs (when I get another gym membership with dead area I guess)

    seeing people talking about rack pulls- anyone feel they significantly impacted their lifts?

    I read a few articles that said they really didn't help that much outside of perhaps a mental impact.

    Thoughts?

    I'm pushing 300 but for some reason it's an issue- wondering if I should start including them.

    Current Maxes:
    Bench Press: 140x10x4
    Squat (goblet): 140x15x4
    Deadlift: don't

    Goals:
    Endurance (running) is my goal, not strength, which strike my fellow gym rats as odd because I'm on TRT.

    Male, 35 , 6'1" 210 lbs

    Deadlift 425 for 3. Goal ->500
    Bench 220 for 3. Goal ->300
    Squat 285 for 5. Goal->350

    Been tinkering with my squat form for quite a while, so it's lagging my deadlift quite a bit.

    Been working madcow since December with great results!

    I also run on my off days, three times a week for 3.2 - 4 miles a pop.

    Male, 40 y.o., 5'9", 168lbs

    Masters track and field sprinter, so a good strength-to-bodyweight ratio is important:

    Bench : 265 x 3
    Deadlift: 435 x 4
    Squat: 325 x 5

    Deadlift 250 5 set x 5 reps
    Squat 187 3 x 3
    bench - Haven`t benched in a LONG time but last time 125 3 x 3

    Goal - keep getting better !! I`m training right now for the UK Kettlebell lifting nationals so I am doing more dynamic lifts - higher reps lower weight -
