I would say right now bench press is my weakest of the three...0 -
Recent maxes (I've done more in the past)
Bench 4 x 115lbs
Squats 6 x 120lbs
Deads 6 x 175lbs
Yes, I know my bench are almost the same as my squats. It's sad.
Female, 33 years old ,156lbs, 5'9".0 -
Male, 25 years old, 147lbs, 5'11''
Dead: 315x1
Bench: 225x1
Squat: 185x5? never maxed it. but it's real weak
I'm usually spending all my free time running or snowboarding, because that's all that I like to do. So lifting is off and on.
Started lifting in 2008 at current height but was as thin as my new LED TV I just bought the other day at 118lbs. So I made some decent progress. And I'll be happy if I can manage to keep most of it.0 -

Pretty sad that my bench is better then my squat. Currently working on some weakness. My deadlift isn't much better, but it's getting there.0 -

Last tested ORM (in December)
Squat: 215 lb
Deadlift: 225 lb
Bench: ??? I've never gotten close to a ORM, I'm around 70ish for reps right now though. My old gym didn't have a bench station, so I'm just now making progress on it.
My goals for 2014 are pretty much to just maintain strength. I've got a full marathon in the fall calling my name...if I happen to decide not to run it, then the only goal I have is to keep lifting more.0 -

5'8", 190 lbs; 42 yo male
Competition maxes:
Squat = 310 lbs
Bench = 225 lbs
Deadlift = 410 lbs
2014 year-end realistic Goals:
Squat: 350 lbs
Bench: 260 lbs
Deadlift: 450 lbs
2014 year-end "what-the-hell" goals:
Squat: 375 lbs
Bench: 275 lbs
Deadlift: 500 lbs
I'll be happy with the realistic goals. Heck, I'll be content with just getting stronger. But, the 500 DL is that brass ring for me now. Probably won't happen, so I won't stress over it. But it'd be nice.0 -

Last completed set this rotation was
Bench 290 x3
Deadlift 485 x 3
Squat 425 x 3 (my battered knees filed a formal complaint with my brain the next day)
My goal is to drop 20lbs and then push each lift up 15% or more by the end of the year. Hell, I don't even care about the weight. I just want to see that 500lb Olympic bar bend.0 -
