I do 1 rep max testing once a month with my trainer. These are the last set, we test again on Monday.
BP - 100
Squat - 165
Deadlift - 220 (stalled there for now)
They aren't the greatest numbers but they are good for me since I've only been lifting since the end of September.0 -
Currently weigh 223 - but it's mostly fat.
Hapy enough though as I dropped from 273 doing light weights, circuits etc and have only stated lifting relatively heavy again this last few months.
Working on sets of reps
BP - 198lb / 90kg. Very much plan to break the 200 mark this weekend and aiming for 250 by Halloween.
Squat - 264lb / 120kg. Again aiming for 300 by Halloween.
Deadlift 280 / 127.25kg. Having grip issues here, m technique was pretty sloppy but I was lifting more, but now that I've corrcted it, I've gone backwards a bit.
Some pretty impressive numbers out there folks, one could easily be itimdated.0 -

I use bodyweight and loaded calisthics, so....
Bench: me
Squat: me
Deadlift: me
My maxes in similar exercises:
I can do 7 reps of tuck planche pushups, a deleveraged full bodyweight pushup (think a super duper chest dip)
If you have no idea what that is, I can do 4 reps of hands elevated handstand pushups (to get the head clearance to go hands to shoulders), so can OHP more than my bodyweight.
I can do 3 reps of pistol squats on my weaker leg with 70 lbs of DB's in the front rack position.
I can do 7 unassisted natural hamstring curl reps (also called ghetto glute ham raises or russian leg curls) and can hold a back lever 15 sec. (Deadlift-ish stuff)0 -

If you're pulling 345x9, you can certainly pull 405+... if you can't it's more then likely a mental thing brah.0 -
Male, 45, 5'9", 220 lbs
Never tried to find my 1-rep max, but currently:
Bench: 155x8
Squat: 205x8
Deadlifts ... I don't know.
Goals: None really.0 -
I'm here to make you feel better about yourself. Female,44, 5' 9", 147.5 lbs as of this AM. Incline BP I've just started at 60lbs. I'm still building up my stabilizers at 55lbs for 3 sets of 5. Front squat (I don't do back squats.) 50lbs 3 sets of 5. IDK what my max is yet. Dead lift is also 50, same story as the front squat. I will start to add weight to my routine in August, having given my stabilizer muscles time to develop over 12 months. I also want to start at my goal weight of 145. My goal is to incline BP my own weight at 145. Everything else... meh...it's just to increase my boxing power/speed against the guys in my Martial Arts class. I'm more or less helping my DH find an exercise he likes.0

I certainly hope so. Based on online calculators I guess I should be anywhere between 425 and 445. I have done a few rack pulls recently to get used to the heavier weight and got 415. I will be doing 365 tomorrow and will evaluate based on the reps I get there for next week when we test our 1RM. 375 is the most I have ever tried to pull and it barely made it up.0 -

Yeah. It should be. Lately it's just been "not less", though.0
