For me, the scale says I've lost weight and i fit in smaller clothing but i feel like when I look in the mirror that I am smaller than I actually am. Then I do a side by side picture and realise I'm less fat but still fat.

I find that my ankle socks come up higher on my feet than they use to.

I want to be able to wear cute, colorful bras again. I refuse to by a H cup bra so have been wearing sports bras for a while now. Plus the bigger the bra the more expensive.

For me it's using things I like at lower portions instead of "healthier" or lower calorie options I don't care for. Eg. I prefer to use 1/2 tbs mayo instead of 1 tbs of the low fat version. I prefer parboiled rice over brown rice. One chocolate bar once in a while over a Fiber one bar once a day. I'm finding it easier to…

What no one told me: 1. That i don't have to force myself to eat foods that I hate because they are healthy or low calorie in order to lose weight. 2. That I can still eat foods I like that are not "healthy" and still lose weight. Just smaller quantities. 3. That at some points I would feel like I'm eating too much food…
