What happened to me was, the summer, heel pain and careless eating. Now, I'm depressed and angry with myself. It's starting over almost from the beginning. This is life or death. I have to do it for good, for life.

If this is a true story, run, don't walk away from this psycho. Next, find yourself a good therapist. You have some issues that go beyond low self esteem. I mean this in the most caring way. If this is a scam- same advice. Seek help!!

I make my own. That way, I can control the ingredients. I use low sodium and low fat everything. I love to add lots of veggies brocolli, baby carrots, water chestnuts, colorful peppers. I just make a huge stir fry. It's been working for me so far.

I've done WW many times over the years and I get out of it what I put in. I quit this time because I was losing and gaining the same few pounds over and over for years. With MFP i'm trying something different and expecting different results. It's much easier to track calories instead of converting everything to points. So…

I remember the spice cake and canned pumpkin from WW. I'm trying the spice cake and diet soda tomorrow. Thanks.

Congrats! You have certainly inspired me to get back to the gym. The eliptical intimidated me and I didn't see much progress from the other machines. There was also my age (60) and bad knees holding me back. Now, I'm ready to try again. Thank you, so much.
