I could eat broccoli everyday. It's funny I use to hate them but have fallen in love. I enjoy other veggies too but I always prefer steamed broccoli with no salt I just add some cayenne pepper powder.

Me and my boyfriend are vegetarians and we have a 2 year old daughter. I don't eliminate meat from her diet. If she wants chicken I make her chicken. But she doesn't eat meat everyday. I want to give her a healthy life style but also did not want to make her choices. she has choices but from the variety of healthy foods.

I usually take hummus and put it a little container and pack carrot sticks and cucumber sticks the night before. This is my FAV. I also just take whole fruits bananas, apples, oranges (already pealed), grapes, Dry granola cereal.

yeah that will help but it has more to do of how i see them like when i'm lounging at home without a bra on and laying on the couch its like totally FLAT.. ughhh makes me feel so down.

I know how you feel and lately I have had no motivation to workout or run because I am scared I might even loose more fat on my breast. I just been counting calories I consume.

Don't overly stuff your self so your not bloated I always drink this certain green tea when I want to feel skinny it makes you use the bath room sorta like a laxative I guess you can say.

I don't know why I wish I knew so I would quit doing this to myself . I wanna be able to go out in public for once and just look at other people without even thinking anything of it. But every time I go out it's like "omg she's prettier or her boobs look perky." I just find ways to put my mood down..

I too am lacking confidence and I have very low self esteem. I often compare myself to other woman and then feel bad about my self because I don't have certain features they possess.
