I do NOT like sweet potatoes at all.. I like to cut up the red potatoes in quarters (with skin on) throw on some seasoning in throw in the oven, soooo good!

that is what I was worried about because the sodium per serving is 490 mg, it says NO MSG and 0g trans fat but I do not know much about that kind of stuff

I have started to eat red potatoes vs white ones, is this a good decision???

my biggest concern is I am doing a 2.5 mile run in about 2 1/2 weeks and I just want to be able to complete the race!

If you can walk a mile in 14 minutes that is awesome! last night It took me 14 minutes to ran & walk a mile.
