@TavistockToad ... I'm sure there are some doctors on here... Nevertheless I was just wondering if anyone on here had a similar experience or did a lot of HIIT to pass judgement

I know I'm just a worrier, I know it's probably nothing but.. @fr33sia12 I hadn't eaten before, i went to the gym at 2 but hadn't had chance to eat before. The pain was just in my chest, on my highest speed there was a sharp pain, I ignored the first one and it happened again so I stopped. Then it felt like a slight ache…

Lets compare Lidnt 99% Cocoa Paste, Fat-Reduced Cocoa, Cocoa Butter, Demerara Sugar, Cocoa Solids: Cadburys Dairy milk Milk, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, vegetable fats (palm, shea), emulsifiers (E442, E476), flavourings. I know which one id choose.

An avocado has more fat then a chicken breast, its not always a bad thing :) The ingredients in lidnt 90% are far better then in Cadburys dairy milk.

Ive been eating less then 1200 calories everyday for the last 3 months. Although 1200 is the recommended average, every person is different. If your eating the right foods, right amount of vitamins and minerals.. i think it depends on each individual

If your asking the question, part of you knows something is wrong. You need to look at the long term effects of eating the way you are. Being a women you need nutrients for your period. A huge factor here is that if you don't get them your body will stop your periods.. in the long run cutting the calories will never seem…

You and your husband should embark on this adventure together. If he wants chips, why not baked sweet potato chips. He wants pizza why not homemade pizzas? Make it a fun thing to do together, cooking, working out, encouraging eachother!

Gaining muscle? I would definitely cut the excess of carbs and find a healthy dessert recipe.

A good alternative to chips... thin slices of baked butternut squash! Tastes like sweet potato.
