I need recipes 300-350 cal for prep meal?

Start with a protein, Chicken is good. 4oz of chicken is about 190 calories. Add in 110 grams of cooked brown rice for another 110 calories. That's 300 calories right there. Add maybe a little sauce for the other 50.

Everyday I have tuna and salad or veggies.1

Chicken!!! Love having a chicken breast as a snack.
Also, just warmed up my morning snack. Black beans, chick peas, red onion, cilantro, and taco seasoned shredded chicken! Yum Yum Yum!!
