It's a bit of both. If you eat more than you burn, whether it's healthy stuff or not, you'll gain weight.

A loss is a loss at the end of the day, even if it is a small loss. You're closer than last week to your goal and that's what you should focus on. Weight loss is a marathon not a sprint, keep your head up!

Don't cut it out completely because you'll feel deprived. Have chocolate, but limit yourself. Kit kats (snack snize) work for me, 107 calories of chocolatey goodness!!!!! :D

Hi, I'm 22 and another newbie :) Started this week but I haven't been too good so far! I'm not sure of my weight loss goal (I'm concentrating on measurements I guess) but I would love to have some motivational friends :)

Hi, I'm just starting out with all this too. I have Cerebral Palsy which limits what exercise I can do but I do do a lot of pilates and some low impact cardio when I can. I've sent you a request, hopefully we can motivate and encourage eachother.
