Omelettes or oatmeal.
You can add practically anything.
Pretty much sums up my breakfasts. Unless I am at work, when it is toast and Marmite!0 -
1 egg white and a wedge of laughing cow cheese on an english muffin... yum!0

We love overnight refrigerator oats! Before bed just mix ingredients and let sit in fridge overnight. 3 cups of old fashioned oats, 2 cups frozen mixed berries (or frozen peaches, mango cherries, ect..) 1/2 cup apple juice, and two 6oz containers of any flavor light yogurt. Stir and eat cold in the am, makes 4 servings0

I love eggs (however you like them!) or porridge in the morning. Sets me up for the day ahead perfectly0

I will also fry an egg in a pepper slice add cheese on top, and place on toast with an avocado.. the longest it takes is for the toast to toast.0

My current go-to breakfast is an omelette. I cut up a little ham and veggies the night before. I sautee them in the morning, then throw them in my one egg, two egg white omelette with a little reduced fat cheese and spinach. It keeps me good and full and sometimes I have to make myself eat lunch.
I also have no problem eating soup or a sandwich for breakfast.0
