  • I didnt have one yesturday. Instead I enjoyed some left over birthday cake. 2 pieces at 358 calories. Still sayed within my calories. According to the database here a bavarian cream one is 290 calories. Not sure if thats true or not.
  • I count everything that goes in my mounth including gum, diet pop ect. I found that some fruits have higher calorie amounts then other so it adds up.
  • You want to look at serving size. Say the broth is 30 calories for 1/2 cup and you used 1 cup then you used 2 servings. Its all about the serving size. If say the broth only comes up with 1 cup and you used say 1/4 cup then that would be .25 serving. Does that help?
  • I just finished day 9 Lv 1 and I thought what the heck and took my measurements and I've at leat an inch in every area. So I'm excited to see the results after 30 days.
  • I cant help with the question at hand since I have a calorie counter that I use when I do her 2 mile walk at home. I did want to say though that I found mine for $24 bucks and it works great. You can find cheap ones. Look at Target, Meijers, Kmart ect. I found mine at Kmart.
  • Ok honestly that feels like a slight insult. If not intended that way then I'm sorry. 1. She is a family member. 2. I have a 2 year old of my own so by working even for only 3.50 an hour its allowing me to stay home with my child. 3. I have her 4 days at 10 hours and 1 day at 6 hours. 4. I make around $150 a week.

  • I can only speak from my experience but I've lost 20 pounds so far and the stretch marks just seem to get closer and more noticable. I'm hoping that as I do toning workouts for my stomach that they will go away. But right now yeah it looks like a balloon lossing air. I also want more kids so we shall see.

  • 1. I've lost almost 20 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks just by working out and cutting out all the crap I used to eat. 2. I fit into a pair of jeans I havent been able to wear in at least 6 months!!! 3. My husband is starting to notice the changes to my body!!

  • I enjoy Admiral Nelson with Coke Zero or Pepsi max. I also like Burnett's Cherry Vodka with sugar free red bull. Admiral Nelson is only 69 calories an ounce and Burnett's cherry vodka is also only 69 calories an ounce and sugar free red bull is only 10 calories for the whole can. 0 calories in the pop.
  • I season mine with Rotisserie Seasoning then cook them in a frying pan with non stick olive oil stray. Tastes great and doesnt take much time. I had that last night with green beans and califlower rice. Yum
