The "Mom" Stomach

OK, so my stomach looks like an alien... it really does.
It was stretched out to the max when I was pregnant (my baby's 14 months) and, then I had my gall bladder out so, I have 3 scars from it.
My question is... when I lose these 30lbs (which I will!) is my stomach still going to look like a deflated baloon/alien? I honestly think I will need a tummy tuck eventually (I still want 2 more babies so, it's down the road)...

I can only speak from my experience but I've lost 20 pounds so far and the stretch marks just seem to get closer and more noticable. I'm hoping that as I do toning workouts for my stomach that they will go away. But right now yeah it looks like a balloon lossing air. I also want more kids so we shall see.0
