  • @melissa well been there :) lost 33kg on atkins and tried nutritional ketosis for 3 months but lost nothing anymore.. I also wrote to Tim Noakes and he said I should try a higher protein amount which I am doing now and therefore I also lowered kcal.... so seems to work :) try that.. "banting" can also be higher protein..…
