adding Carbs?

HI!
I was wondering:
is it usefull (if already long term keto/no carb) to do a PSMF or should I add carbs to my post workout?
I could elevate the AMPK/mTor whip for max fat and min muscle loss.
Should I therefore do 3 days high carb (training) and 3-4 days low carb (no training)?
or do I need to raise insulin sensitivity by adding daily carbs slowly?
or are there still enough fat cells floating in the blood (which I have to burn in the muscle) and I have to do PSMF first still?
thanks!

Seems to me like you are overthinking things. Whats your goal?1

max fat and min muscle loss
why overthinking? its quite complicated with metabolic problems and trying to lose as well as build stuff in the body
tried low fat A LOT before and never worked... maybe if I maximize the mtor and ampk pathways it will....0 -
Head on over to the body recomposition website (Lyle McDonald http://www.bodyrecomposition.com) where there is a ton of useful information. He has a modified PSMF diet called "rapid fat loss" which might fit your criteria.1
