I liked doing this challenge a lot. One of the things that I didn't like was that it was cold out, maybe next year do it a little later ( maybe april - June, nice weather) lol . I struggle to loose wait when its cold plus when its warmer people will get out and do more activities. I enjoy getting out more as the weather…

I agree with Keith..like he said I don't even know what fleet feet is either..maybe a gift card to Walmart or target.. or something along that route...more common..lol

I go camping at stone mountain' NC I think they have different types of hiking trails..u can check their website..

Thanks for the tips. We've actually changed when were going so hopefully it wont be as cold so we can go out and hike, plus see new sites.. ill keep everything in mind when i go

i have a lot of emotional eating right now..due to a family members illness.. :sad: is there anything that u know to do that will cause me not to eat..or alt least not eat as much?? anything will help

i keep up with mine every day.and if i remember something a few days done the road i go back and add it. im usually pretty good and remembering everything i eat, its mainly subway. however instead of eating a footlong in one sitting, i eat half for lunch and half for dinner. i still feel hungry after eating half but i stop…

i didnt know cottage cheese had that much protein..and i used to eat it all the time

im struggling with soda, but i have cut down alot. dont have a problem with drinking alot of water, but also started drinking more juice too. im not a very good healthy eater but ive cut down on the portions that i do eat. so i guess thats good.

i was wondering why there was 2 day 3's..now i know..lol another good way to eat less is to drink a glass of water before you eat. then u eat less because you're stomach has less room for food
