I would estimate 500 just to be on the safe side but you gotta wear a HRM to actually figure out how many calories you are actually burning!!!!

YOu can totally figure out the calories, go to Food tab, go to recipe and add new recipe and put everything you put in.. Than figure out how many servings there is and how much is in a serving and MFP does the rest.. That is why this site is so great!!!!

You can also add your recipe in your food or meals, add all the ingredients one by one, how many servings it makes and it will break it down for you, I made two meals allready I found that to be the best!!

Yeah I asked that question too, I think the answer is no!!! Wouldn't that be nice, but I don't think going over 200 calories is such a big deal if your not doing it everyday and remember when you work out, you get to eat those calories!!!

Wow I'm really shocked, I'm just concerned because it tells you not to exercise to hard and I workout 3 times a weeks like a crazy woman doing Zumba!!!!! Would this make me stop that, because I don't think I could give that up!!!

This is my response to that, who cares that no one notice's.. You did and thats all that matters.. You lose weight for yourself!!! When you do that, if reflects inside and then it radiates out to everyone else..!!!! Don't feel bad!!! Your doing great!!!

They have had research done that says weight loss will mess with your monthly cycles!!!!! But it may be a good idea to have the doctors appointment to make sure it's not something else.. I don't think you damaged anything, but I don't think you have anything to worry about, I'm sure it's not damaged.... Good luck

I've never had the Mirena installed but I can almost guarantee you it is part of the problem being a migraine suffer myself.... Your migraines seem to relate to your hormonal balance as mine do and of course does not the Mirene IUD release hormones, you may want to have it removed!!!!
