Is 15kgs (33lbs) loss by may too big of a goal?

Is 15kilos (33lbs) a good goal to lose by May 2011???
Like is it too much? will I be able to do it?

Ahhh, so excited to do it though! I've lost 7kgs since Late November 2010!?!

    heck no that's not too ambitious! I've lost 25 pounds since Nov. 4, 2010, even with all the holiday stuff. We can do it!! :drinker:
  • No it's not but you must be very dedicated about exercising most likely almost everyday and eating really really healthy. Lot's of hard work!!!!
  • Not too much at all. You can do it. I already lost 15 in 3 weeks. You just need to kick yourself in the butt
  • to lose weight healthy just make sure you lose no more than 2KG a week.

    Zumbalady808 - Don't worry, I'm doing everything you just said! Cardio Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday, saturday mornings 6-7am & I go to Konga Mon night 730-830pm & Wed night 630-730pm (same as zumba)
    Weights with my PT- Mon nights & wed mornings!
    and eating healthy im right on top of! yay im so excited now- I can actually do this! thankyou guys!

    So about 3 months to go (say 90 days), that's 1.16kg/week, or 2.5 lbs. That's a little higher than the usual recommendation of 2lbs/week.

    Would you be terribly sad if you only lost 12kg ?

    Give it a go, but don't set the goal too high, as there is danger you could spend 3 months being frustrated by not reaching the goal.

    That's why I thought I would post it, because I dont want to be dissapointed lol. Ohh well I know I'm doing muscle training as well so I'll just say thats the extra three kilos haha **fingers crossed** id be happy with 12! as long as I lose 25kgs by september hahaha
