how do you track calories if the foods are not listed or you have a recipe your makijng and want to track it in your daily calories

    If the brand of your food is not listed in the database you can add it with it's nutritional value- when you search it will be below the box.

    Use the Recipes tab to add you own recipes so it can break it down for you!

  • You can also add your recipe in your food or meals, add all the ingredients one by one, how many servings it makes and it will break it down for you, I made two meals allready I found that to be the best!!
