  • I eat pretty much all of this on a daily basis. I have almonds every day as a snack. I eat an apple almost every day with either peanut butter or cheese (My doctor said not to eat any "naked" carbs and to always pair an apple with a protein source). For dinner tonight, I am having a steak salad with goat cheese, nuts,…
  • Yep. I don't eat low-fat anything, lol. I have steak at least once per week. Protein shakes are a good idea.
  • Thanks for the response. I weigh about 90% of my food with a scale and feel pretty confident in the accuracy. I agree on letting my supply guide some of this....I noticed a drop a few weeks ago and made the conscious decision to eat more. At that time, I was only eating about 1300 per day (800 after milk allowance). I now…
  • Sweet! This is what I wanted to know. I can be fine with all the paper-thin skin at the bottom. I was just hoping my whole stomach would not consist of a wrinkly, paper-thin mess! Yay!
  • I definitely will not be starving myself. While I haven't exercised yet, my baby has been doing a really good job of eating it off of me! Sweet love wants to eat every hour, lol.
  • As I loose the last 25-30, I just wonder if my whole belly will consist of the paper-thin skin that now makes up the underside of my belly. I weigh 163 now (10lbs less than when I got pregnant!) and my goal is 135-140. Actually, my goal is to be in a size 6 again...which I have not seen in 10 years. I figured that 135-140…
  • Yep! I've always told my wife that I kinda like them and don't really wish them away. They are reminders of my babies and the stretchmarks themselves don't bother me at all. The loose, paper thin skin at the bottom of my belly....now that is something I don't like and want to go away. Lol. I'm totally cool with my tiger…
  • That's what I was getting at....do you think the stretch marks and such will result in extra/loose skin? If it does, so be it. I'd rather have extra/loose skin vs. fat. It is what it is, ya know? Wondering if there's anything that can prevent the loose skin. Plan on combining cardio and heavy lifting.
  • Thanks. I am not sweating it too much. Like you both mentioned, I was pregnant only 7 weeks ago! Sure, it's a hot mess but that's to be expected at this point. I'm not really being hard on myself and completely recognize that my belly looks like someone who has just given birth. I just wondered if it will stay wrinkly once…
  • We are total twins. My SW is the same as yours, although I am at 169.2 right now. Your stomach, my stomach = exactly the same. I have such an underbelly from my kids. Our belly starting pictures are seriously the same. For a second, I thought someone stole my pictures and I had to do a double take. My name is Jill, too.…

  • Are you me, lol. I have hypothyroid, insulin resistance, and PCOS. I met with my doctors last week and they stated that the best way to lose weight with the above issues is to limit carbs to 100 per day and increase protein. In addition, I am on Metformin in order to help my insulin levels stabilize. I just started…
  • I wouldn't be too upset either if #5 and 6 happened here, lol.....
  • 1. I hate being this large. I weigh almost as much now as I did the day I gave birth to my youngest daughter. I hate being self-couscious and having such a negative self-image. I want to feel good about my body again. 2. I really want to have a third baby. I know it wouldn't be ideal to get pregnant at this weight. That's…
