it depends on your starting weight the less you weigh the harder it would be, 2-3 at the most for healthy weight loss,
-
stay busy, if your distracted you won't think about food.

I think the key to losing alot of weight is just sticking with it and losing it slowly, no matter what happens or how many bad days you have, just to keep getting back on track. i remember years ago failing at diets continually because every time i went over my calories for the day i would always say to myself, oh well the…

im 5'5 which i think is average, but i still feel short though

success is success no matter how small..

no it's all about calories in vs. calories burned.
-
yes because calories are calories, and some fruit can have quite a lot of calories..i log them, but if you are going to go over with anything it should be something with good nutritional value like fruit and veg.
-
people do this and i don't know why...120 lbs ago people were always offering to help me work out and encouraging me to eat healthy..now they say all you do is go to the gym, never want to work out and just want to go to chipolte. :/

how does she have time to do anything other than eat to eat that amount of raw fruit and veg ect..she's annoying and i would get sick of that "life style" real quick.

eat fruit

Yes, i especially think every time i go over on my calories that i'm suddenly going to wake up 120+ lbs heavier..
-
probably had mayo or something else with higher calories. tuna is good for you if eaten with other things that are good for you.
-
oh ok thanks

a calorie is a calorie no matter what time you eat it, you could not eat all day long then eat all of your calories in one big meal right before you go to bed and still lose the exact same amount of weight.
-
1200 seems low, but congrats in losing the first 3 lbs..off to a good start!
-
you only have 29 lbs to lose, a lot of people on here have 100+ to lose, just do it in small increments 1 or 2 lbs per week, stress makes losing weight even harder so try not to over think it, i would set a calories goal and weigh in no more than once a week so you don't get obsessed with the numbers.

whats the difference between fasting and starving yourself?
-
I think once you have lost and gained the same 60+lbs a few times you start to realize sticking with it is the only thing that will work long term. ..It does just become habit eventually and the reward is watching the scale go down which is a constant motivator.

none of my rings fit i've gone down 2 ring sizes.
-
i had the same problem, the first 100 came of in 1 year the last 20 have taken 6 months, i just know the smaller you get the harder it is to lose and the harder i'm having to work at it. I didn't change my daily calorie goal, i just switched the foods i was eating to change it up, i figured my body might burn more if it…

if it did not bleed it can't of been that much of a bite, more like a nip, i wouldn't be going to the er for that.

there is no way of actually knowing, but it seems like a very healthy selection.

eat them, studies now show the yolk does not actually increase your cholesterol, instead when we eat more cholesterol our bodies just produce less. So they are perfectly healthy. http://authoritynutrition.com/how-many-eggs-should-you-eat/

they use so much salt in processed and can foods because it acts as a preserver...i would just try to avoid canned foods all together and if you add your own salt to foods pink himalayan salt has less sodium than regular
-
if your only eating 1100 calories your going to be quite hungry so you would have to eat filling foods that are low calorie, lots of veggies, lean meats like tuna, chicken or turkey, non fat yogurt, some fruits, soup,
-
skin, just work on toning exercises instead of losing actual fat
-
nothing too unhealthy just way too much of it. The things i ate then that i limit now are bread, rice, sweets and white potatoes
